Tony DiTulio – Academic Computing Systems
Tony did an outstanding job on the recent upgrade to the Digital Signage system. The system involves a third-party company and software running here in AT. This upgrade allowed UNH to begin testing touchscreen capabilities for interactive digital signs. Tony did dozens of tasks on the version upgrade and to provision test media players for the touchscreen testing. We are now moving to production deployment of three touchscreens in September. This would never have been accomplished without above-and-beyond innovation and persistence from Tony.
Louise Jones – Teaching & Learning Platform Support
Louise has been instrumental in helping diagnose, research, and resolve recent iClicker issues. She spent many hours with individual students and faculty as they had issues and once the larger problem with the software version and registration method used by some faculty was identified she took the lead on faculty testing of the proposed fix. This is a time sensitive issue that came at the same time as two major feature enhancements to other products and while short-staffed and Louise always managed to juggle the work and make it a priority.
Mark Kelleher – Web & Mobile Development
All FIREd Up
The FIRE program has been a major effort of work this year bringing in over $35,000 in AT revenue. The donor funding the technology platform for FIRE recommended using contractors because he did not think UNH resources could deliver. Thanks to Mark's track record with delivery of prior FIRE work Paul College went with AT. Mark has worked very hard to keep the work on both the development side and user support and training. This relationship building and delivery of a product that goes beyond expectations has resulted in great feedback from Paul College that was passed on to the Provost and President.
Holly Hillsgrove – AT Customer Service
Keeping the Lights On
Holly's normal work is frequently "above and beyond," but recently she has had to take on more work given a temporary leave. As is inevitably the case with Holly, she has cheerfully and competently taken on this extra work, even doing the extras like staying in a cold, dark Level G during the power outage to keep an eye on things, and there has been no reduction of service to AT clients or AT staff. All meetings, events, and daily operations continue to hum along efficiently. This is due to Holly's dedication and commitment and willingness to go above & beyond.

Making Faculty Dreams Come True
Thanks to this team faculty can now automatically publish myCourses final grades to Webcat. Implementation of this was a true joint effort between AT, ETS, and the Registrar’s office accomplished on a tight timeline. Eric and Andrea did all the Banner work including secure acceptance of data, error processing, faculty confirmation, and reporting. They, and Steve helped make sure all the testing was completed and the pilot launched just in time for eTerm 3 faculty! They have also helped champion the effort and address concerns of ETS and Registrar office staff. We thank them for all this work which will save countless hours of faculty time each semester.
