Online and hybrid courses for J-Term start in less than one week! UNH does have a campus shutdown beginning end of day Friday 12/23 and ending Tuesday 1/3. During this time on-campus support for faculty and students will be limited and we wanted to be sure and highlight what support is available.
24/7 technical support for myCourses is always available to faculty and students in your course by navigating to the help link in the lower left menu area of myCourses and select "24/7 Chat with Canvas support" or by calling the Canvas Support Hotline (844-725-7347).
Log-in issues cannot be addressed by the vendor and should be directed to UNH IT support using this support form: https://itsupport.unh.edu/mycourses/
During the shutdown period UNH staff will be checking and responding daily for any urgent issues reported to IT support. Many of the most common issues and how to address them are answered in this article: https://www.unh.edu/it/kb/article/j-term-support-for-winter-break.html
Please note that the Registrar’s Office and Business Services will not be available during the shutdown for registration issues. If you are a faculty member with students who are not in your myCourses roster and need access to the course, please use these instructions on how to manually add a student to your course and the student can work out the registration issues when business resumes on January 3rd.
