On Monday, April 18, 2016, a new version of WebI was launched, affecting more than 1,000 University System of New Hampshire Employees. This migration of reports and upgrade of WebI has long been in the works, and with recent participation from more than sixty clients representing all the campuses, USNH is ready for this change.
WebI is the engine behind the creation of critical reports and provides the University with data for decision making. It generates reports that facilitate financial operations, enables HR and personnel management, and supports student enrollment and retention. In addition, WebI serves a key role in providing data to support sponsored programs administration, efforts within University Advancement, and oversight of UNH’s facilities and maintenance programs.
The new WebI 4.1 BI Launch Pad walks a comfortable line between familiar point-and-click report access and its new features. Video tutorials, training sessions, and on-line documentation are all available through EIM’s one-stop shopping WebI 4.1 Website. There you will find the BI Launch Pad Quick Start Steps, which will have clients running reports in the BI Launch Pad in less than five minutes. Once up and running, they can use the Report Reader Quick Guide to discover great new features such as:

Although the WebI 4.1 BI Launch Pad’s interface for running and using reports is similar to the old version of WebI, the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Support Team is ready to provide report Readers and Creators with tips, tricks, and help to make the switchover a positive experience.
