Xtender 16.3: Customize your Query Results

This tip is for anyone using the web version of Xtender 16.3.

When you do a search in Xtender,  the documents that your search retrieved are displayed on the Query Results screen. It's possible to update the look of that screen to suit your needs. You can show or hide columns, and reorganize the column order.

To adjust the look of your query results screen:

  1. On the Query Results screen, click the Customize Query Results button (looks like a gear) in the upper right corner of your screen.

  2.  In the Customize Query Results dialog box:
  • Unselect the Display checkbox for any field you do not want to display as a column on the query results screen. 
  • Select a field and click the Move Up or Move Down buttons to move the column to a different location. 

3. Click the Save button
