What is a WebI Reporting Account?

WebIntelligence is the end-user tool used as a reporting solution for Banner Finance, Banner HR, UNH Banner Student, UNH Banner Advancement, InfoEd, FAMIS, ITSM/Remedy, and other applications.  WebIntelligence offers two levels of end-user capabilities:

  • Report Readers - users who can access and run reports from a library of centrally supported reports
  • Report Developers - advanced users who can access the underlying reporting structures to create custom reports

Who Can Get a WebI Reporting Account?

Accounts are issued to staff at University System of New Hampshire campuses upon request of their department head. These accounts are to be used only by the staff member to whom the account is assigned, and only for the purpose of performing administrative reporting within the confines of the staff member's official University duties.

Requests for WebI HR accounts must originate with the department head, be approved by the campus-designated approver, and receive final authorization from the USNH HR System administrative team.

How Can I Apply for an Account?

WebI accounts can be requested through the Accounts Management System (https://itsupport.unh.edu/accounts/). (Note: Do Not Use Internet Explorer).

How Do I Access WebI Once I Have an Account?

Your first login and the set-up of your WebI reporting environment are important first steps for every WebI customer.  Please follow the instructions in this WebI Quick Start Steps  document. It will walk you through how to login and password and how to set your preferences. By following the instructions int he guide, you will have the best possible experience with WebI Reports. In order to access the document, you must be logged into your campus VPN application (such as Junos Pulse).

How Do I Change My Password?

What if I Forget My Password, or My Account Has Become Locked?

Contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242, or complete a WebIntelligence Support Request Form

How Can I Get Training?

The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team offers free hands-on WebI classes for WebI account holders. You can view class details and training schedules at: ittraining.unh.edu.

How Can I Request that a WebI Account be Deactivated?

The Human Resources employee termination process is directly related to deactivating of computing accounts.  On an employee's termination date, his or her WebI account will be deactivated.  If you want to request that a WebI account be deactivated prior to an employee leaving the University, call the UNH IT Service Desk at 862-4242.  More information on the deactivation of computer accounts.
