What is Remedy?

Remedy is an IT Service Management tool suite that UNH IT uses to assist in managing the various services provided by IT to the University.  It is also used to provide automated business process functionality for departments and colleges at UNH.

Who Uses Remedy?

Remedy is primarily used by UNH IT, however, there are many people across UNH who interact with Remedy as an approver or as a service recipient. 

How Do I Request Access to Remedy?

You can request access to Remedy through the Accounts Management System by selecting the "Remedy" option listed under the ITSM category. (Note: Do Not Use Internet Explorer).

How Do I Access Remedy?

You can access Remedy from the UNSH Gateway by hovering over "Production Systems" and selecting "Remedy - IT Support". 

You can also click Remedy Access Point for Remedy and Approval Central for approvals.

Who Can I Contact if I Have Problems Accessing Remedy?

If you have problems accessing Remedy, contact the UNH IT Service Desk at (603) 862-4242 for assistance.

How Do I Report a Bug in Remedy?

To report a bug in Remedy, you can complete the ITSM Applications Service Request form or contact the UNH IT Service Desk at (603) 862-4242 for assistance.

How Do I Request an Enhancement in Remedy?

To request an enhancement in Remedy, you can complete the ITSM Applications Service Request form or contact the UNH IT Service Desk at (603) 862-4242 for assistance.  You can also participate in the Remedy User Group.
