Recovering Deleted Items in Outlook Web App

Using Outlook Web Access to Recover Deleted Items

  1. Sign into Outlook Web Access, for instructions how, click here.


     
  2. Right click on Deleted Items. (Mac users can use  "ctrl-Click" )
    Select Recover Deleted Items.

  3. In the Recover Deleted Items menu, you will see a list of recoverable items.  Select which item(s) you would like to restore and select the Recover  text in the lower right.

  4. The items you have restored will now be in your inbox.
