Manually Configure Exchange Auto Discover

You are here because your information was not automatically detected while you were configuring your Exchange account to Outlook for Windows.

To proceed, follow these steps.

  1. You will be in the Add Account  page that requests your name, email address, and password.

  2. Fill in the criteria in the following way.

    • Enter your name.
    • Enter your email address (
    • Enter your AD password.
    • Enter your AD password again to verify.


  3. Click Next.

  4. A windows Security box will appear asking you to authenticate. click Use another account.

  5. In the username field, type your Type in your AD password and click OK


  6. Step 5 may occur twice. Use the same information and process.

  7. Click Finish to complete the configuration process.
