How To Add An Exception To The Bulk Rule Filter

You can add an exception to the Bulk Filter Rule to allow a desired email address to not get filtered.
1.In Outlook Web App click the Gear Icon and then select Options
2. Select Organize Email. Select the Bulk Rule and then click the pencil icon to edit.
3. Select add exception.
- If the email address you want to allow through never changes then select it was sent or received > received from... > type in the email address.
- If the email is coming from an address that isn't always the same (Ex. Our IT News Letter is sent from an third party and doesn't have a constant address) then select it includes these words > in the subject > Enter the subject and click ok.
- Save the rule and you are finished.
