Institutionally Owned Apple Computers

System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection is Microsoft’s antivirus solution for enterprise computers. It is licensed for installation and use on Institutionally Owned computers, computers owned by the University of New Hampshire and/or the University System of New Hampshire offices.


Personally Owned Apple Computers

Personally Owned Apple Computers are encouraged to run an antivirus product.  One such offering is Sophos Antivirus for Mac Home Edition which is available here for no cost for Personally Owned computers but is prohibited from running on Institutionally Owned Apple Computers.  Faculty and Staff should use System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection for Mac on Institutionally Owned Apple computers.
