Accounts: How can I check the status of a request I made for someone else?

To check the status of an account request, go to the My Account Requests section of the Accounts Management System . Here, you can find a list of all the account requests you have made for yourself and for others and any account requests that others have made for you.

To get to My Account Requests , follow these steps:

1. Log into the Accounts Management System   (Note: Do Not Use Internet Explorer).
2. Click View My Account Requests on the left hand menu
3. Any account requests made by you or for you will display in the list, along with the status of the request.
