Access Public Folders in Outlook Web App 2013

  • Log In to the Outlook Web App @

  • In the Outlook Web App, right click on Favorites located beneath the New Email button.

  • Select Add Public Folder to display the public folder list.

  • When the Add Public Folder list appears, navigate to the public folder you are looking for. Select the Public Folder and click Add.

  • The Public Folder will now be listed in Favorites.
