Docs & Training offer a variety of services to best meet the needs of our users. We can provide Support and Training in the following manners: Face to Face, Zoom, Consultative, on-demand
Walk-in sessions: are scheduled on a weekly basis for applications. These sessions allow users to simply walk-in at anytime during the scheduled times. Users do not need to be there right at the start if their schedules don't allow. Simply walk-in, meet with a subject matter expert and get your questions answered. A full list of sessions, dates and times can be found on the: Academic Technology Training calendar
Training Sessions: can be requested using the AT Training Calendar or simply register for an upcoming scheduled session. These are structured sessions where a trainer will cover specific content with the class. Users attending these sessions are expected to be present at the start time. The trainer will always leave time at the end of class for questions and answers.
Self-Help: Docs & Training offer and maintain several option for users to attain information or get help. Users can visit the UNH Knowledge Base as required and read articles to get the assistance needed. Many of the knowledge base articles have embedded videos allowing users to see a step-by-step process or follow the steps provided in the article itself. We welcome any and all feedback. Many of the Academic Technology applications can be found under the category Learning Tools and Services.
