    ITSM Application Development and Support

The ITSM Applications team provides customer-facing tools other departments and colleges use to support  their customer base. 

Our mission is to support the provision of exceptional customer service  across UNH with customer-facing ITSM tools that can be used to service and support customers.   The tools we develop and maintain are used by  IT, departments and colleges across UNH, and throughout the USNH system.

The ITSM Applications team supports the following tools:

  • Accounts Management System
  • Automated Business Workflow
  • Bomgar: Remote PC Support
  • Central Accounts Management Process (CAMP)
  • Computer Repair Services Application (CRS)
  • ID Look-up Tool
  • OIM for UNH and GSC
  • Remedy
  • Remedy Web Forms (Incident/Support)
  • TeamDynamix Web Forms (Intake)
