The UNH IT Knowledge Base (KB) is a self-service support solution that contains answers to frequently asked questions regarding the UNH technical ecosystem. Clients can create an account to save favorites and sign up for notifications whenever a new article is published.
Over the last year, UNH IT clients are turning to the KB more than ever to assist with technical support.
- In FY19, the UNH IT KB had 1,872,106 total article views, a 32.5% increase from the previous year.
- Over the last year, 534 new articles were added for a total of 2094.
