Providing the University with Safe, Reliable Data Services

UNH IT provides Data Center Services, storage and backup, servers, load balancing, and directory services for UNH and USNH applications. The UNH IT team that supports Enterprise Applications and its infrastructure teamwork more than 500 hours of off-hours to upgrade applications, servers, storage, and networking. 
 

 

 

 

Streamlining Student Applications and Data 

This year, UNH IT worked with SSD Technology Partners and the business units to make modifications to existing data sources or create new data sources. The focus was on Spring transfer apps, Fall transfer apps, and Grad school apps which required integration with Banner and Salesforce.

Strategic Communication

In FY19, UNH IT worked to create Strategic Communication Guidelines to strengthen its digital communications to the University. This living document will expand on the guiding principles and will be modified as necessary.

UNH Knowledge Base Migration

In spring 2019, UNH IT and Academic Technology began the process of migrating their collective online knowledge base (KB) from PHPKB to TeamDynamix (TDx).
