SEED: Electronics Disposal

Disposal Instructions   Accepted Equipment List   Further Info on SEED

The Safe Electronic Equipment Disposal (SEED) program provides for the disposal of University equipment containing data storage including computers, mobile devices, portable drives and hard drives.  The UNH recycling vendor is certified in data protection and wiping to meet the requirements of USNH policy so that the device owner need not wipe prior to equipment disposal.

SEED may also be used to dispose of any equipment containing circuit boards such as monitors, printers, peripherals, scientific equipment and audio-visual equipment.   Please check the Accepted Equipment List for types of equipment that cannot be disposed via SEED.
