Earlier today, there was a brief interruption of WiFi. To resolve the issue, we are systematically rebooting APs (access points) which may cause a brief, temporary loss of WiFi, ethernet access, or VOIP (Voice Over IP) phones. We thank you for your patience.

Some locations within Thompson Hall are currently experiencing intermittent issues with VOIP (Voice over IP) phones and ethernet connections. 

System administrators have identified the issue and will be performing maintenance to restore service. Updates will be provided as available.

The UNH Accounts Management System (AMS) is currently experiencing various issues, including users being unable to submit Sponsored User account requests.

AD password changes are also currently unavailable through the AMS. However, a workaround is available with technician assistance. If you need to change your password, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Kaltura has reported issues with some of their services. UNH system administrators have confirmed that this issue is impacting UNH's Kaltura services.

UNH IT has received reports from our multi-factor authentication vendor that the issue has been resolved. We have monitored and confirmed that the issue is resolved.

Some users are experiencing intermittent and various issues when attempting to request a passcode via SmartAuth, our multifactor authentication system.

If you were able to request a passcode via SMS/text message, but the passcode was not delivered, please try requesting a passcode via voice.

System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. If you need assistance, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

UNH IT has received notice that some cloud web services are unavailable, including Box, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft Online programs such as Word Online. We will post updates when available.

UNH Salesforce administrators have reached out to specific user groups (Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Law Admissions, First Year Orientation) who may be impacted by intermittent Salesforce issues this morning. Administrators are actively working to resolve the issue.

UNH IT has identified and resolved an issue that was preventing some users from synching their UNH Passwords. This issue most predominantly impacted Parent Portal users.

Due to a recent Firefox upgrade, some buttons in Banner do not work. This issue is specific to the Firefox browser.

A fix for this issue will be released on April 14. Until then, if you are experiencing issues with buttons in Banner while using Firefox, please switch to using Chrome.

Box has reported an issue where some users are currently unable to log into the web version of Box. UNH IT is monitoring the situation.

Microsoft has released a new definition for SCEP which resolves this issue.

Mircosoft has released an update for its antivirus program, System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP), which may not automatically turn the antivirus program back on after updating. 

If prompted, turn Endpoint Protection back on.

Bomgar access has been restored.  Users will need to download a new representative console. 

To download the new rep console:

1. Go to bomgar.unh.edu/login and sign in.

2. Under My Account select ‘Download Representative Console.’

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
