Several buildings on campus are reporting difficulty in connecting to UNH Wireless networks. System admins are aware and are working to resolve.

Maintenance was performed from 5:00-5:10PM today to resolve this issue. During the maintenance, access to WISE, myUNH, and myCourses was unavailable. Access has been restored to these systems and to Skype for Business.

If you are prompted with the Office 365 Login window when trying to access Skype for Business, please log in using your UNH username and password.

Some users, however, are not being prompted to log in. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to address it. If you have any questions, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

  • Password Self Service (accounts.unh.edu)
  • CAMP/ID Lookup
  • Creation and modification of Parent Portal accounts

Issues with guest wireless registration have been resolved. Users who were previously unsuccessful at registering will need to register again at wifi.unh.edu.

Many IT/AT systems and services were unavailable this past Sunday, 3/4, starting at approximately 9:15AM. Many services were restored by 11:15AM, while others were brought back online over the course of the day. System administrators have worked with our vendors to identify the cause of the issue, which occurred during an upgrade to a central system.

Some users have recently experienced various functionality issues with Exchange email. The most common issues appear to be general slowness or an inability to send mail, usually while off campus. If you are currently experiencing irregular performance with Exchange email, either in Outlook or via the Outlook Web App (OWA), please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242 for assistance.

UNH experienced a loss in connectivity to many networked resources from 11:45 AM - 12:25 PM. Network administrators have resolved the issue and connectivity is being restored to all affected systems.
