Working on campus or any UNH location? A Valid Wildcat Pass is Required for all Faculty / Staff




This is the latest information sent to employees via email as of August 16, 2021:

DURHAM EMPLOYEES ONLY: If you work 100% remote and will not be coming to campus, a valid Wildcat Pass is not needed. Please fill out this survey so you do not get reminders about your Wildcat Pass. If something changes and you must come to campus follow these instructions to get a test and valid Wildcat Pass



A valid Wildcat Pass is required for every member of our community—faculty, staff and studentsto be on any one of our campuses for ANY reason. It is a tool to ensure you are compliant and allow you to access campus (offices, labs, classrooms), participate in any campus event, access the dining halls, Hamel Rec and other campus facilities.

What is a Wildcat Pass?
The university created the Wildcat Pass tool to help members of its community keep track of their ongoing compliance status. If you are compliant, your Wildcat Pass will show a colorful symbol that fits the full screen of your mobile phone, computer or other electronic device. If you are not in compliance, you will receive a small text message instead of a full-screen symbol. That message lets you know what you need to do to become compliant. 

How do I access my Wildcat Pass?
You can access Wildcat Pass at  https://covid-19.unh.edu/wildcatpass, via the UNH Mobile app OR by selecting it as a task in the UNH portal at https://my.unh.edu/.

Continue to remain vigilant and follow all public health recommendations around mask wearing, hand washing, physical distancing and illness. Please stay home if you feel sick.



For employees who received a COVID-19 temporary accommodation for Fall 2020 and/or Spring 2021 semesters, as noted in your approval letter, any further need for accommodation would be revisited based upon then-current public health conditions and your medical condition.

If you were approved for a fast-track flex work arrangement for the fall 2020 and/or spring 2021 semesters, these will no longer be provided by the ADA office for COVID-related circumstances. If you do not have a medical condition but still want to request a Flexible Work Arrangement, please follow the directions provided on the Flexible Work Arrangement page, and contact your Manager to discuss options.
