Don't forget, starting September 5th the UNH Wildcat Workout Project for Faculty and Staff begins.

Wildcat Workout Project:  Partnership between UNH Athletics and Healthy UNH!

UNH Employees (and dependents 18 and older) can take advantage of group fitness classes led by coaches and fitness professionals from UNH Athletics. This pilot program is a series of 45-60 minute classes that will raise your heart rate, make you sweat, and still get you back to your desk on time. Shower facilities are available in the Field House (but bring your own towel and toiletries). No equipment is necessary. Wear weather-appropriate, exercise clothes and sneakers, bring your Healthy UNH water bottle, and be ready to work!

Classes will be instructed by Craig Edwards, a Strength Coach at UNH Athletics. Additional instructors are part of the team to assist individuals with proper conditioning. Brought to you by UNH Athletics and Healthy UNH.
