As a follow up to our last Kronos WFD implementation communication shared on November 21st.
The pilot group, comprised of the USNH System Office staff and all Human Resources members across USNH, has been live with Kronos since mid-November. To date, the pilot implementation has been very successful and helped us identify training points for future implementation phases.
The timeline for further implementation is shifting due to a request to implement the next phase during spring break. This slightly revises the timeline of the other implementation phases, but also provides additional time for testing and refining.
Phase 1: USNH System Office and all USNH HR teams (Pilot Group) – completed
Phase 2: UNH Office of Business Affairs (OBA) – March, following training in February
Phase 3: All status, exempt (salary paid) employees, including fiscal year faculty – April
Phase 4: Non-exempt (hourly paid) employees – April/May timeframe
After go-live of each phase, at least two pay periods are needed to address any issues that may surface prior to moving to the next implementation phase.
UNH HR will continue to host informational overview sessions this spring on our campuses, as well as within departments and organizations that align with the timeline and each phase of implementation. If you have questions about this project’s implementation, please contact your HR Partner.
