Wildcat Plate

The plate advocates for healthier food choices and portion sizes based on the USDA’s Dietary Guidelines. It contains four different sections of fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and lean protein, each with helpful descriptions and colorful graphics. The Wildcat Plate also encourages “Delicious, Nutritious, Healthy and Sustainable” decisions in and out of the dining halls.
