Meditation is an experience of relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and awakening the spirit. Drop-in group meditation sessions are offered to the UNH community. Appointments to learn how to meditate are available for students. Four-week group to learn more about and practice mindfulness and meditation is offered for students (registration is required). Meditation soundtracks are available to download from the Health & Wellness website.

Employees please call (603) 862-9355. 

For drop in group meditations, there is no registration required.
