Meditation is an experience of relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and awakening the spirit. Drop-in group meditation sessions are offered to the UNH community. A four-week group to learn more about and practice mindfulness and meditation is offered for students (registration required). Meditation soundtracks are available to download from the Health & Wellness website.
