Judicial Accompaniment

Advocates are available to assist survivors with exploring their options within the University’s judicial system, as well as local civil and criminal options. Advocates can accompany survivors to meetings and interviews for either campus or criminal investigations, as well as attending hearings to provide emotional support. Advocates can also assist survivors in petitioning for a civil protective order, including preparing for any hearings, and safety planning for the outcome.
