Group Fitness Classes

Campus Recreation offers 45+ group classes per semester, including step, hi/lo, cycling, cardio boxing, Zumba (TM), strength training, interval training, Water fitness, and more. Most classes are taught in Hamel Recreation Center's Studio 1. Classes are open to students, members of Hamel Recreation Center and guests. Guests must pay a facility guest fee and sign a waiver. Schedule is available online.

How To Access:
