Food preservation resources include freezing and canning of fruits and vegetables, using equipment like pressure canners and multi-cookers, safety of using old pickling recipes, and answers to common questions. UNH Extension also provides free testing of pressure canner dial gauges as a service to home preservers in New Hampshire.
