Cardiac Prevention Program

The Cardiac Prevention Program is an exercise and education program for anyone with cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors who wishes to improve overall health and well-being to reduce future risk. Exercise testing and prescriptions are developed and monitored according to an individual’s needs and goals. $200 for pre- and post-health and fitness assessments and 24 exercise sessions. Participants may choose to continue for $5/session after first 24 sessions.
