What do you do to make a Healthy UNH?: I participate in the club on campus SNA (student nutrition association), which helps promote healthy eating on campus. I personally enjoy working out at the Whit on a regular basis, using the My-Plate guidelines in the dining halls, and being active outside with friends and family.

Favorite Dining Hall: HoCoc because I really like having so many options! It is also conveniently close to my dorm, I enjoy studying in Union court after lunch, and who doesn't love Mediterranean dinner on Friday nights?!

As a Healthy UNH Intern, What are you most excited about?: I am excited to expand my writing skills, learn more about health and wellness events on campus, as well as promoting others to live a healthy lifestyle on campus!
