What do you do to make a healthy UNH?
I like to keep an agenda book that tells me when I have class, what assignments are due and exam dates. At the beginning of each week I glance at my schedule to plan out what times of the day I will be able to workout. I will write it in my agenda book, and treat it like an appointment I have to get to. I also like to pack healthy snacks if I know I am going to be in class all day. It makes it so I am less likely to buy an unhealthy snack when I get hungry.
