Wildcats Care Resource List: Virtual Resources for Wildcat Wellness

UNH Student Life and the entire UNH community are here to support students as they navigate remote learning and the changes to campus life that COVID-19 has spurred. We are committed to students’ academic success and well-being, and we know these times can cause uncertainty, doubt, and stress. We’ve put this resource list together so students have the tools and resources they need to do well academically and to take care of themselves. This guide has brief descriptions of on-campus and Student Life services, as well as 24-hour and emergency resources.

#UNHTogether for Employees: Using Self-Care and Support to Cope with Stress

COVID-19 has introduced extra challenges to everyone at UNH, including faculty and staff. We know many are juggling job responsibilities, student well-being, family care, uncertainty, and sometimes illness, loss, and injustice, along with life's daily stresses. These challenges affect our mental, emotional and physical well-being in dramatic ways. If you're experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and/or "COVID fatigue," you're not alone.
