There are five basketball courts located at Campus Recreation, two on the lower level and three on the upper level of the Hamel Recreation Center. These courts are reserved on a first come first serve basis unless they are being used for a university scheduled activity. Patrons may bring their own basketballs or use one from the available equipment.

All courts are open for play unless an activity is scheduled.
Campus Recreation offers Open Skate, Stick, and Puck at the Whittemore Center Arena to students and Hamel Rec members. Community skate events are held over semester break.
How To Access:
Open skate and stick/puck will begin on September 18. Please visit the Campus Recreation website for a current schedule. Skate rentals are $3.00 at the front desk of the Hamel Recreation center. All stick and puck skaters must wear protective gear. For questions please contact (603) 862-2031.
Hamel Recreation Center's bottom floor offers two multi-purpose courts with aerobics, dance, martial arts, fencing and other activities. The courts are available for use unless they are reserved for another activity.
Masters Swim Team is a national organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops for adults aged 18 and over. The team practices on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm and Fridays from 6-7am. Drop in practices are $7 each or academic memberships are available from $50-150.

Hamel Recreation Center's third floor offers courts that can be used as badminton courts. The courts are available for use by students and Hamel Rec members. The schedule of the court can be seen at campusrec.unh.edu.

Camp Wildcat is a summer day camp for children entering first grade through seventh grade. Campers have a chance to explore nature and the environment, participate in sports, learn new skills and crafts, make friends, and have fun while being active in the summer.

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course is to teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. The course content and activities prepare participants to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and prevent drowning and injuries. This course includes First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer-Lifeguard, and AED.
