Students with permanent or temporary disabilities

Students with permanent or temporary disabilities, including students with physical or learning disabilities and students with health issues (mental or physical) which impact their UNH experience.

Student Accessibility Services

Student Accessibility Services provides services to students with documented disabilities to ensure that all University activities and programs are accessible. The office also promotes the development of student self-reliance and the personal independence necessary to succeed in a university climate. We seek to create a comprehensively accessible environment where students are viewed on a basis of ability, not disability.

How To Access:

To contact Student Accessibility Services, please email becky.michaud@unh.edu.

Community Living Guide

The guide is designed for individuals to communicate important information and preferences about themselves to people who may provide them services in the community. Covered topics include desired living situation and location, important person-specific preferences concerning caregiver qualities, personal care schedules, and the identification of personal and community relationships.
