Students and employees who are GLBTQQIA (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, or Allies), will find a safe haven within Health & Wellness. Education, a resource library, and online resources are available. Counseling is available to students who have paid the health fee, at no additional charge. Students who have not paid the health fee have an additional charge. Education/information is free to the UNH Community.

Rockingham Recreational Trail
Precourt Park Trail
Precourt Park is a conservation park that features a baseball and soccer field, fishing areas, a nature trail, and a boat/canoe launch into Nutt's Pond.
Rock Rimmon Park is the largest park in Manchester that offers a pool, playground tennis court, and basketball court to the public. There is a hike up a granite cliff that offers a great view of the city, as well as an area to picnic. Weather permitting, there is also an opportunity for rock climbers to scale the granite cliff.
The Heritage Trail is a 6.1 mile trail run by the state of New Hampshires that provides a link between communities. The trail gives access to walkers, hikers, and cyclers.
Right next door to Basquil-Sheehan Park, the skateboard park is open to the public in the summer months.
A public park that offers an activity for everyone: playgrounds, running track, swimming and splash pools, hiking trail, fishing areas, sports fields, and a picnic shelter.
A beautiful spot to see the New England foliage, as well as to hike, jog, swim, and picnic.
