Find Out More About UNH Health and Wellness Mindfulness and Meditation Classes

Being in college can be stressful. Between classes, homework, extracurricular activities, jobs, and keeping a social life, there isn’t much time for relaxation. This is where mindfulness and meditation can help!

Why mindfulness and meditation? UNH Health and Wellness has chosen this platform to help students become more aware of what is going on around them and become more conscious of the present. Benefits include:

  • Help to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression
  • Improve academic performance
  • Improve sleep and relaxation
  • Improve relationships
  • Help to handle unplanned situations

Health and Wellness is offering free Mindfulness and Meditation classes all semester to help students destress and relax. Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 12:40 – 2:00pm from September 26th to October 17th, and Fridays from 12:40 – 2:00pm from October 13th to November 3rd.
