UNH SHARPP Anti-Violence Rally and Walk

Stepping Out Against Violence
UNH’s “SHARPP” stands for Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention Program and is a vital organization on campus. This program offers confidential assistance to individuals who have endured sexual violence, harassment or stalking.
SHARPP hosts various events on campus in order to raise awareness and educate our student body. Some examples include: MUB lectures and films, the 1BlueString concert series, and the Anti-Violence Rally and Walk. You can check out more about the events here.
In celebration of April being Sexual Assault Awareness Month, SHARPP will be hosting its annual Anti-Violence Rally and Walk on Thursday, April 14th from 12:30-2:00. The purpose of this walk is to bring students, faculty, staff and the community together to bring a shared understanding to Durham concerning sexual assault and violence.
There will be informational tables at the event and a 20-minute walk around campus. If you are interested in getting involved with SHARPP or seeing how you can get involved you can learn more here.
