A fitness reimbursement program for USNH Harvard Pilgrim subscribers

There is no question that living a healthy lifestyle can reduce healthcare costs.  Exercise, a contributing factor towards healthy living, improves your:

•physical condition

•disease-fighting capabilities

•energy

•alertness and concentration

•ability to handle stress and depression

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) Wellness Connection program can help you develop your fitness goals by giving you up to $500 per year to use towards an in-network health club

You will have access to diet.com for online assistance with health and nutrition.  It has nutrition and fitness information on several subjects including diets, specific nutrients, chronic conditions, and special conditions such as pregnancy.

Looking to join the Wellness Connection fitness reimbursement program?

All you have to do is join a participating health club and work out at eight or more times per month.  Don’t forget to log in your workout at your selected health club!

What are you waiting for?  Join the USNH Wellness Connection program to move towards a healthier lifestyle.
