Not feeling like cooking an intricate meal? Try this one!
My mom has been making lasagna since I can remember and I wanted to try it out since I am 22 and I should probably learn my mom’s special recipe.
It turns out that the recipe is not that special at all, all you need is:

So Easy and Delicious!
Spring rolls are super easy to make and also they are so yummy! Here are the things you will need:
Spring roll wrappers
A plate of warm water
Fill a plate with warm water
Dip the spring roll wrapper into the water to dampen it
Put the wrapper on a dry work space and fill it with veggies and protein
Wrap it like a burrito and enjoy!

The Very Best Granola
On this week’s edition of “Cooking with Healthy UNH Interns!” Layla and I ventured into the world of cereals and granola! We chose this recipe because it was super easy to make and is oh-so delicious with a cold morning’s winter breakfast.
