1. Get More Sleep

Sleep Deprivation can affect memory, judgement and mood. Research has proved that most Americans would be happier and healthier if they slept an extra 60 to 90 minutes per night. 

2. Manage Time

The efficient utilization of time improves efficacy, productivity, and personal satisfaction. learning to manage your time will improve your quality of life and reduce stress. 

3. Exercise

Regular participation in exercise has been shown to decrease overall levels of tension, elevate and tabilize mood, improve sleep, and improve self esteem. 

4. Reduce Caffeine Intake

Caffiene is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High quantities of caffeine can increase stress and anxiety. 

5. Make Time For Self Care

Self-care refers to activities and practices that are done regularly to reduce stress and maintain and enhance our short and long-term health and well-being.
