UNH Employee Fitness Program

Commit To The Program And Work Out At Least Three Times A Week
Working out while helping graduate and undergraduate students conduct research never seemed so easy. The UNH Employee Fitness Program began in 1988 and is managed by the Department of Kinesiology Exercise Science Majors. All UNH faculty and staff are able to participate in this program. Upon entering this program, you will get an exercise prescription specifically built for your own fitness level. At the beginning of the program, you will participate in a fitness assessment which includes:
- Complete blood lipid analysis
- Resting and exercise blood pressure
- Resting and exercise 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Pulmonary function testing
- Health history
- Measurement of healthy-related physical components
You will need your doctor’s permission to join this program. Check out the EFP homepage for this month's schedule and get started. More than 2,000 UNH faculty and staff have been tested, don’t miss out!
Still want to work out but not interested in participating in the UNH Employee Fitness Program? No worries, you can still exercise in the Field House on-campus.
Working out is an important aspect of keeping yourself healthy, and why not work out while helping students conduct research.
