How To Incorporate Exercise Into Your Everyday Life
Whether you have a full-time job or you are a full-time student, incorporating an exercise routine into your day can seem impossible. There are so many other ways to get moving when you know you are not making it to the gym. Here are three easy ways to get active during a busy week!
- Walk! Walking is so underrated and is so good for you. Park further away from your office or classroom to get those extra steps.
- Take the stairs. Is your office or class on the fifth floor? Skip the elevator that day and get your heart pumping by walking up the stairs.
- Call your friends and family. While you're on the phone, walk and talk and you'll be exercising without even realizing it!
Not only will you feel better by making these small changes during your work week, but you might even perform better! A midday walk at work can boost your productivity, ease tension, and increase your enthusiasm.
