Give This Fun And Quick Workout a Try

AMRAP is an acronym that stands for “as many rounds as possible”. This way of working out is designed to push your body at a maximum intensity for a set period. Benefits of AMRAP include: 

  • Allows you to workout in a set amount of time 
  • Amplifies the intensity of your workout 
  • You move at your own pace 
  • Can be creative with your workout

Here is an example of an AMRAP workout: 

Set a timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible before the timer goes off! 

  1. 15 Push-Ups 
  2. 15 Stair Hops 
  3. 15 Bicycle Crunches
  4. 15 Commandos 
  5. 15 Curtsy Lunges
