Give This Fun And Quick Workout a Try

AMRAP is an acronym that stands for “as many rounds as possible”. This way of working out is designed to push your body at a maximum intensity for a set period. Benefits of AMRAP include:

  • Allows you to workout in a set amount of time
  • Amplifies the intensity of your workout
  • You move at your own pace
  • Can be creative with your workout

Here is an example of an AMRAP workout:

Set a timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible before the timer goes off!

  1. 15 Push-Ups
  2. 15 Stair Hops
  3. 15 Bicycle Crunches
  4. 15 Commandos
  5. 15 Curtsy Lunges

Try this exercise the next time you go to the gym and see how beneficial an AMRAP workout can be!
