Give This Fun And Quick Workout a Try
AMRAP is an acronym that stands for “as many rounds as possible”. This way of working out is designed to push your body at a maximum intensity for a set period. Benefits of AMRAP include:
- Allows you to workout in a set amount of time
- Amplifies the intensity of your workout
- You move at your own pace
- Can be creative with your workout
Here is an example of an AMRAP workout:
Set a timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible before the timer goes off!
- 15 Push-Ups
- 15 Stair Hops
- 15 Bicycle Crunches
- 15 Commandos
- 15 Curtsy Lunges
