Having Trouble Finding the Motivation to Exercise After Work?

Certified, personal trainers are here on campus to guide you!

After a long day of work, it’s hard to motivate yourself to exercise. It’s very tempting to go home, relax on the couch and watch TV. However, getting in a work out after or before your workday is important to stay healthy and keep you energized.

Campus Recreation has just the motivation you need; UNH Staff  that are members of Campus Recreation are eligible for requesting a Personal Fitness Trainer for a small fee, depending on which program you choose.

Campus Recreation offers Personal Fitness Training Programs that include:

  • Basic and Enhanced Personal Training Programs
  • Getting Started
  • Fitness Testing
  • Follow-up Programs (& more).

A certified personal trainer will create a work out program that is designed just for you and your needs.

They also provide you with information and feedback about how you are doing and things you could be doing to speed up your progress.
