Hey UNH Employees! Did you know UNH Offers accessible programs to make a healthy lifestyle easier?

Located in the Field House, the Employee Fitness Program (EFP) offers two ways for employees to get active.

All staff and faculty are welcome to use this facility, which overlooks the basketball court, at no cost to them. It is a great place for employees who want to work out separately from the students from the Whittemore Center. The best part: the facility has a wide selection of free weights, aerobic machines, balance, and strength machines. It is all free, and there is no commitment or sign up. Just bring your UNH ID and get started!

Looking for more instruction and a personalized plan? The Employee Fitness Program is also a research program through The Department of Kinesiology for graduate and undergraduate students. The students are able to test and train employees by performing tests such as exercise, blood lipid, pulmonary function, body composition and more. Students then tailor a fitness program to meet the needs of the individual. The EFP is a one-year commitment, and registration is in the fall semester.

This facility allows staff to reap the benefits of being healthy and active! And it’s right on campus!  Find out current hours of the Employee Fitness Program’s exercise facility on their webpage.
