What better way to keep warm this winter than by getting your body moving while experiencing the outdoors?

This February, Healthy UNH and Outdoor Adventures are partnering together to offer snowshoe and cross-country ski clinics to all UNH staff, faculty, and their guests. The best part: it’s free! Lessons and equipment are provided at no cost.

Even with the stress of the semester starting combined with the cold January air, it’s important to remember to exercise when you can. Not only do you get to experience the beautiful scenes during these snowshoe and cross-country ski trips, but you also get a great full body workout with low impact on joints that builds balance and endurance. There’s no better time to try it than this winter! Pre-registration is required and the spots are limited, so sign up soon.

If you’re a student reading this and wishing you could go, check out Campus Rec’s Outdoor Adventures programs for trips just for you.
