Cooking with Healthy UNH: Spring Rolls

So Easy and Delicious!  

Spring rolls are super easy to make and also they are so yummy! Here are the things you will need:  

  • Spring roll wrappers 

  • Vegetables 

  • Protein (optional) 

  • A plate of warm water 


  1. Fill a plate with warm water 

  1. Dip the spring roll wrapper into the water to dampen it 

  1. Put the wrapper on a dry work space and fill it with veggies and protein 

  1. Wrap it like a burrito and enjoy!
