Really?
We’ve all heard the adage “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”
But is it really?
Multiple studies in recent years indicate that eating breakfast is correlated with:
- Performing Better on Tests
- Metabolizing Carbohydrates More Efficiently
- More Stable BMI
- Less Occurrence of Depression
- Better Overall Cognitive Function
So, it seems that eating breakfast is important. But most important? That’s still up for debate.
