Find Out How to Eat Healthier on the Go!

Teenagers and young adults are notorious for skipping meals and having more snacks throughout the day, than actually eating the three designated meals. Especially college students, being on the go constantly, usually go for snacks and on-the-go meals more than anyone else. Next time you’re on the go, skip the premade sandwiches and fast food and try some of these healthier options: (Eat This, Not That!)

  1. Plain Greek Yogurt
  2. Low Sodium Jerky
  3. Low-Fat Cheese Sticks
  4. Hummus and Veggies
  5. Mixed Nuts
  6. Protein Bars

When picking a protein bar, the best option is to go for one that has minimal ingredients, is low in sugar, and high in protein. Some great options are Quest Bars, Rx Bars, Kind Bars, LaraBars, and Go Macro Bars. You can also make your own healthy protein bars by following this recipe!

Eating on the go doesn’t have to be difficult, or unhealthy!
