Here’s to Making Hydration More Enjoyable!

More research has been published on the benefits of drinking water. However, let’s face it—plain water can be a little boring sometimes. It might be easier reaching for the fruit soda or juice for some bold flavors, but you can easily infuse your own water as a healthier option!

By adding fruits, veggies, and herbs in your water and infusing it overnight or for a couple of hours, getting yourself hydrated can be more fun than tedious.

Here are some infused water recipes you may want to try:

  • Strawberry, lemon, and basil
  • Orange and blueberry
  •  Lemon and Lime
  • Watermelon and mint
  • Orange and Cucumber
  • Lime, cucumber, strawberry
  • Rosemary and grapefruit
  • Raspberry, rose petal, and vanilla
  • Lemon and lavender
  • Apple and cinnamon
  • Ginger and peach
  •  Pear, pomegranate seeds, and cloves

By no means should you stick to just these combinations. Create your own and find your favorite!
