The office can be a challenging place sometimes when trying to maintain healthy eating choices. 

Here are some tips to help you keep stay on track:

  1. Eat A Healthy Breakfast – If you come into the office hungry, there is a higher chance that you will reach for unhealthy snacks in the break room. If you come in full and satisfied, you will be able to resist snacking until lunchtime
  2. Eat Fruits and Nuts for a Snack – Instead of relying on there being snacks at work, pack your own healthy snacks such as fruit and nuts. The nuts will keep you full and the fruit will satisfy your sweet tooth.
  3. Pack Your Own Lunch – It is hard to resist easy less-than-healthy options. If you pack your own healthy lunch, you are less likely to order take-out because you spent time and money to make that lunch. This is a great way to stay on your diet plan.
